Frequently Asked Questions

How do I request an estimate?

Fill out the estimate request form, send us an email to paulslawncaredfw@gmail.com, call us at 682-412-0157 or text us with your request. We will need your name, email, phone number and address as well as what service you request. We do our very best to provide a response within 24 hours (on business days), but it's usually even quicker!

What areas do you service?

We currently service parts of Keller, North Richland Hills, and Watauga for mowing and weed control/fertilization. Click this link to view a map of this service area. Our boundaries are Hwy 377 to the west, FM 1709 (Keller Pkwy/Southlake Blvd) to the north, Precinct Line Rd. to the east, and Chapman Rd./Amundson Dr. to the south. We consider larger jobs such as mulch installations, cleanups, etc. for customers outside of our service area on a case-by-case basis.

Do you do one-time services?

For most of the year our schedule is filled by our regular weekly/biweekly lawn care customers. They always take priority. We typically cannot accommodate one-time mows, but we do sometimes take on one-time jobs of a larger nature such as cleanups and mulch installations when we have availability.

Do I need to be home for my estimate?

No. As long as we can access your back yard and your pets are secured, we're good!

What’s included in your mowing services?

Our mowing services include lawn mowing, edging of the driveway and sidewalk surrounding your home, string trimming around all areas where the mower cannot reach and blowing all clippings off hard surfaces.

How do I pay for my services?

Pay with a card on file. We charge your card after each service and send an invoice for documentation - easy breezy! Cash or check payment can be considered on a case by case basis, but is not preferred. Our goal is to make your payments as stress free as possible.

If it’s raining on my schedule date, when should I expect service?

We closely monitor the local weather. In the event that your scheduled date falls on a day on which it is too wet to mow, we will be sure to communicate when we will be pushing service back to - sometimes it's simply later in the day. Sometimes it's the next day. Sometimes we will try to get you in a day early ahead of expected rain. The key here is communication, and we will make sure to communicate with you about when you can expect us!

Can we request service on a specific day of the week or a specific time of the day?

We will try to accommodate your day request, but usually cannot guarantee it. We service specific neighborhoods/areas of town on certain days of the week. The benefit for you is consistency - if Wednesday is your normal service day, you can bet that we will be there Wednesday! We do not take time of the day requests.

Do I need to be home for services?

No, as long as access to the back yard is available.

Can you still service my back yard if my dog is in the back yard  and he does not bite or he is chained up?

We cannot service the back yard if your pets are not secured in the house due to safety of both us and your pet.

Should I water my lawn prior to a lawn mowing service visit?

For best results, please do not water your lawn the morning of scheduled service.

Are you insured?

Yes, we are fully insured.

Are you licensed to apply chemicals to lawns?

Yes, we are licensed Lawn and Ornamental Commercial Pesticide Applicators in the state of Texas.

Can I call and skip a service visit?

We understand that there are sometimes circumstances that may cause you to need to skip a service visit. We currently allow weekly customers 2 skips per mowing season. Any more than that, and we we will need to renogiate your rate or discontinue service. We work on a schedule in order to provide both you and our business with reliability. Skips are not permitted for biweekly customers.
